How old are you that you can't flush the toilet?

Someone pooped next to the handicapped stall and didn't flush. WTF ladies! Maybe this is slightly TMI (or a lot TMI, but whatever) but it wasn't like the girl TRIED to flush and it just didn't go down. the poo was straight up in 1 whole piece still. with a nicely folded piece of toilet paper next to it. um, REALLY?
